1. No Refunds Policy
1.1. General Clause:
Once a service request is initiated and payment is made, it is considered final. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services already commenced, processed, or completed.
1.2. Customized Nature of Services:
Our services, such as Title Report, Valuation Reports, RERA Registration and RERA Compliance are tailored specifically to each client’s requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of these services, refunds are not possible after the service has been initiated.
2. Exceptions to the No Refunds Policy
2.1. Service Not Initiated:
If a client requests to cancel a service before the initiation of any work or documentation process, a refund may be considered at the discretion of the company. Any refund, if applicable, will be subject to a deduction of an administrative fee of [percentage/amount] to cover operational costs.
2.2. Non-Delivery of Service:
If, for any reason attributable solely to the company, a promised service cannot be delivered, we may issue a refund after a thorough internal review.
2.3. Duplicate Payments:
In cases where a duplicate payment has been made by the client, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification of payment records.
3. Revision and Rework Policy
3.1. Corrections for Errors:
In the rare event of errors or omissions in the service delivery that are attributable to us, we will rectify the issue promptly at no additional cost. This correction does not qualify as a refund.
3.2. Scope of Work:
If the client requests additional services or modifications outside the initially agreed scope, they will be charged separately and will not be eligible for a refund for the initial service.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Timely Provision of Information:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, documentation, and approvals required for service delivery. Delays or failure to comply on the client’s part will not constitute grounds for a refund.
4.2. Change in Client Requirements:
If the client changes the requirements or scope of services after work has commenced, the refund policy will remain unaffected.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for delays or non-performance of services arising from circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to government restrictions, regulatory changes, or natural disasters.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding service quality or refunds, the client is encouraged to contact us directly. We will review the case and provide a resolution within 15 business days.
